Important Additional Information

Addiction

Addiction affects people in many different ways. It also comes in many different forms, such as alcoholism, drug addiction, gambling addiction, overeating, anorexia, bulimia, and shopping addiction.

We at Coast to Coast we are dedicated to providing our help and knowledge in order to get to the root of the cause of each individual’s addiction. Our coaches believe the first step in overcoming addiction starts with being educated about the disease.

We walk each individual through a detailed description of how addiction works and how it affects the brain. Finally, we put together a specialized program that is dedicated to helping the individual’s addiction on a day-to-day basis.

Intervention

We are professional interventionists who work with people from different backgrounds and stages of addiction. During the intervention process, we work closely with the person’s family and friends to create a safe, nonconfrontational plan for their loved one.

This intervention process includes what each person's part will be during the intervention. The process also includes choosing the right treatment program for the addict—whether an inpatient or outpatient program will suit them best. We have strong connections with many facilities across Canada. Our team would be more than happy to assist you in your search for the best facility for your loved one.

Personal Training (Phillip Prins)

As a certified life coach and personal trainer I love to motivate people. Being both mentally and physically healthy will support a happy healthy life. I break down each individuals eating habits and life style to create an elite customized schedule that will help you become the best (you). I can help (assist) you or anyone you know (with weight management) to lose weight, (diet modification) change their diet, building muscle and build their self-esteem also making it fun! I also provide an in-home training service for people who lead busy lives and don’t have time to make it to the gym. I show them how they can make (transform) their everyday environment to a studio of health, wellness and fitness.  Increasing your energy levels, gain better mental clarity, enjoy deep restful sleeps, help burn fat and build lean muscles, look younger and most importantly feel younger are all goals I can help you achieve.

I look forward to working with you.

Employment/Success Coaching

The workforce can be a scary place with individuals feeling unsure where to turn. After spending over 16 years in the executive search space, one of our coaches has spent thousands of hours interviewing and guiding people through this process. Dressing for success, interview skills, career changes, promotion desires, and resume writing are some of the areas we work with our clients.
